Cancellation Policy

How to cancel
Cancellations must be submitted by email to training@singlesessiontherapy.nl. The date we receive your email will be considered the official cancellation date. The cancellation period is the time between that date and the date of the workshop (25 September).

Statutory right of withdrawal
If you register before 11 September, you are entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, during which you may cancel your registration without providing a reason and at no cost. Cancellation must be submitted by email to training@singlesessiontherapy.nl.

Cancellation fees
If you cancel outside the statutory withdrawal period, the following fees apply:

Until 24 July (more than 2 months before the workshop): €65 administrative fee.
Between 24 July and 28 August (2 months to 4 weeks before the workshop): 80% of the workshop fee.
From 28 August onwards (less than 4 weeks before the workshop): 100% of the workshop fee.

Payment Terms

Payment method
Payments must be made by bank transfer to:

Account holder: The Brain Gym B.V.

You will receive an invoice for this payment.
Payment must be received no later than 10 September.
If registering after 10 September, payment is due within 24 hours of registration.

Late payment
If payment is not received on time:

a. You will be in default from the due date. A free payment reminder will be sent, allowing 14 additional days to pay.
b. After this 14-day period, we reserve the right to charge statutory interest on the outstanding amount as well as extrajudicial collection costs.
c. Collection fees will not exceed 15% of the outstanding amount, with a minimum charge of €40.
